Story:

It was not, perhaps, how Phuong had imagined she would be making her debut in the highest show jumping classes. During her years with Hilas, she had envisioned this debut to be witnessed by all her closest friends at Zdarloch. She had imagined they would all be there: Azaria, who would be driving the truck like she always did. Kaisa, Connor and Andy for moral support. Annie as the proud trainer. 
Well... none of them were here today. It was no fault of their own, of course - the recent happenings at Zdarloch were entirely to blame for that. Phuong held no ill will to either of them. Her family was here, and that was the most important anyway. 

The long trip to Kentucky was over before she knew it. Hilas settled well in these new, foreign surroundings leading up to the first qualifying round of the AUSE. The copper chestnut mare was in stellar shape these days; not an ounce of unnecessary fat on her. The mare was lean and light as a greyhound. She cleared the obstacles of the warm-up ring with the same kind of casualty that characterized her style back home... Phuong was relieved. She wasn't sure how Hilas would react to these grand settings, after all; even if the mare was remarkably chill usually. 
The Zlesdin did feel the many eyes watching as she entered the arena in time for her round. Phuong felt it too.
They were in the Big League now - time to shine... or fail. She knew the people at Zdarloch were watching her right now, even if they couldn't be here in person. And she knew her family was watching from somewhere right here too. 
Oh well... she could only try her best. The bell rang and their round began.







WELL WELL WELL
It has been 7 months since my Zdarloch kids were last seen at the show circuits :'D  And that... was kind of a retrospective, so it has been 8 months actually... except that was never judged, lol (which was immensely demotivating, btw). SO TECHNICALLY it has been 9 months and my shame is great :')
ANYWAY.
It has absolutely everything to do with my storyline, lol. I effectively wiped out the majority of my teams, leaving only these two  So now it's time for them to show their worth! Make Annie proud! The fate of Zdarloch rests upon them ~ 

...and I absolutely need to progress that storyline. I'm in such a deadlock right now, haha :'D

Ahh yes, and that jump... IS IT AMERICAN ENOUGH FOR YA?  Hahaha I don't know much about Kentucky horse park (except for the images I googled to make the setting accurate) but I know that 
'tucky is in 'Murica. So... 'Murican jump, lol. Needs more bald eagles.
