Onboard the ship: Captain Kaisa Komarova, Science Officer Connor Goldenweiser and Chief Engineer Jalil Faijad stationed at the bridge.
On the planet: Snow, a hard layer of ice covers the lake. Estimated temperature: -15 Celsius. Navigator/visual officer Kaputnik 2.0 in orbit. Atmosphere: 78% nitrogen, 21% oxygen, 0,9% argon, 0.03% carbon dioxide and trace amounts of other gases. Suitable for breathing without aid.


And thus we commence the last leg of our epic journey. With the sun out the chill doesn't feel so brisk, albeit a weather forecast promises heavy wind up ahead. Oh well. We're back in viking country; we can handle this. Well, som of us, anyway -- Chief Engineer Jalil isn't one to voice his complains, but I get the impression he finds the weather 'nippy'.
First Officer Con has not uttered a single complaint for days, though this may soon change if the wind rolls in. I have given him the option to withdraw from the race at his own will at any time, if he feels the need to do so.... Sagadir is, after all, a Prix St. George horse; so he is extra cautious with this one. Owner Andy wouldn't be pleased if something was to befall his 'son' either...
Con watches over that horse like a jealous parent. I wouldn't even be surprised if he insisted the horse needs a tent, heh. 
...let's see if I can convince him to race a little, shall we? The ice is safe, and Sorrig is soooo attentive to even the slightest aids. I think it only takes the slightest pressure to make her run -- ooohh, seems I was right! Eat my dust, boys! --

My kids made it!

I was GOING to draw this from above, actually... dramatic drone angle and all, but then I failed, lol. So I took the easy solution and just put Kaputnik the Drone in the sky above instead, aww :')  
Kaisa's glasses are drone glasses btw. 

...ALSO, I swear I'll come alive sometime soon; I ust have to survive that CNS exam tomorrow....
